We coach and actively assist individuals into new permanent positions or temporary work.  We work with companies who are going through the restructuring process to ease the pain of redundancy, to the benefit of the employee and employer.  Trade Unions have particularly welcomed our approach in assisting people back to work and not letting individuals go home to friends and family in a totally negative state.
